64 on Clovelly is a unique property that is under 10 minutes’ walk via the local wetland to Clovelly Beach – which links to the wonderful Fish Hoek beach. It is close to numerous tidal pools – Wooley’s Pool and Dalebrook – and is very close to the vibrant and trendy Kalk Bay. Cape Town International Airport is only 24 km away.
Clovelly offers a secure base from which to explore the entire Southern Peninsula and the greater Cape Town area. The suite breaths light, space, comfort, and creativity.
Clovelly is known for being one of the safest suburbs in Cape Town, due to a very active neighbourhood watch as well as having no through-road. We provide safe off-street parking and a remote access gate for visitors.
The property
As 64 on Clovelly is situated on the mountainside, the suite requires a walk up several stone stairs and a wooden staircase, featuring a multi-terraced indigenous garden, braai (barbeque) facilities and a perfect spot to enjoy quiet sundowners outdoors.
The suite has a TV with Netflix, a well-equipped kitchenette with a small two plate gas stove, microwave, toaster, and a private bathroom with a shower. The property is powered by solar energy, which is stored in an inverter, so is unaffected by power cuts.
Children are welcome and can enjoy the cosy platform queen-size bed – the Eagle’s Nest – which is situated in the main bedroom area, built into the wall.

The town of Fish Hoek across the valley is convenient for shopping and is well known for its safe and vibrant swimming beach.
